Planing to migrate the GUICMS

I'm planning to migrate the `GUICMS` code to some other code. Probably i go to use `Python`. But not yet sure :-p. I already made some prototype in `TurboGears` and `webpy`, but not yet have choice the tools i plan to use. Nothings is still fixed. Everything may still change.

The data of the `GUICMS` will be migrated to another markup language. Probably `mardown` (python-markdown) syntax. That may say that the typo's of the articles will be no more fixed and no plan to continue to work on the articles here on the `GUICMS`. I'm so sorry about it. I'm still aware that some articles contain many typo's. That's one of the main reasons of the migration too.

The goals is to make a wiki like system. A way that people may improve the data. Without a need to create a user account. While at the same time, there may be a identifying system. With a way to prevent all these bastards spammers.

But who know, maybe i rewrite the `GUICMS` code with these features.
