Various support can be delivered. Here's a list of the most common support. Click on the header of an item to get more details. The prices for work hours depend of the job that needs to be done, see the concerned topic. Contact me for any further questions.

• Wireless audith
• Securing your Wireless network: Configuring your wireless access point to use the most secure configuration + configuration of wireless clients with the most secure configuration. Note that the security level depend of your actual hardware.
• Network and domain audith
• Network setup: install of network cabling, routers and or switches and configuration of the clients with eventually a server.
• Remote support: Software problems can be resolved at distance with the remote support. Reducing the cost as there isn't an onsite intervention required. [1]

Prize list

To give some idea, here's the prize list:

All done work is counted in slices of 30 minutes. Surpassing each slice of 30 work minutes will increase the bill. But you should know that most of the time an issue can be fixed in a bit lesser as 1 work hour. So this will cost you 50 € if an onsite intervention is required.

We can always discus on the price, especially if multiples tasks needs to be done.

[1] The work hour prices of the remote support are the same as for an onsite intervention, but there are no onsite intervention cost of 25 €. Note that there is an uniq 20 € cost for the remote support with a VPN setup. Please take contact for existing remote support setups.

[2] This include an onsite intervention. A cleanup will be done with some specialized software. If the infection can't be cleared and a reinstall of the computer needs to be done, the final price will be 50 € if no backup needs to be done. Or 85 € if the backup size is maximum 50 GB.

[3] The intervention contains the installation of a Microsoft Windows workstation with latest security fixes and the installation of the different device drivers + maximum 30 minutes of time for your additional software that needs to be installed. Surpassing this time, extra cost will be calculated at the same price of the standard support. You should also provide a valid license key of the Microsoft Windows product that will be used during the installation.

[4] The final backup size shouldn't exceed the 50 GB. If more please warn and i will checkout if backup is possible as this take much time to accomplish. Note that i don't provide any media with the backup. With backup i means data that is on a system which needs to be back after a reinstall of the system.

[5] Cost concerning programming isn't same as the support. Most of the time, an price offert will be done for a whole programming project.
